This is an editorial piece I did, its about cartoon violence and the effect it has on young kids. I did a bunch of process and a tutorial on this (look down).  :)

Powerpuff Girls process

 

1. Ideas, sketches, thumbnails (btw, i always do many more sketches in my sketchbook before starting)

2. sketch in black and white, basic values and tighter drawing 

3. finish drawing, block in colors 

4. tone and value, switching back and forth between color and black/white as i paint.

5. color and value

6. some detail 

7. more detail

8. Refining the focal point and pushing some values and color saturations/temperature.

Danny Phantom

This is my Danny Phantom fan art. Danny Phantom is one of my favorite TV shows from Nick. I have wanted to do this for a wile:) I decided to make up my own monster and story. The evil baking monster form the ghost zone takes people and turns them into his cupcake ghost minions. Their goal is to turn all the humans into ghosts and rule earth.
